Our Fitness Instructors are all fully qualified and have different expertise. All of our staff and members create a friendly community that support, inspire and motivate each other. Everyone is welcome!
Physical exercise does just as much for your mind as it does for your body. Reports show there is a 20-30% lower risk of depression and dementia when you participate in daily activity. We are committed to improving both physical and mental health, and several members of the team are qualified Mental Health First Aiders.
Our team and members create a safe and friendly community for people to work out in, whether you want to train on your own in the gym or join one of our popular exercise classes We also work with local sports clubs and businesses to make SportsDock an inclusive place.
