Netball
Our UEL netball club offers players the opportunity to play competitive netball against other university teams in the region. Our club competes in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Leagues and Cup every Wednesday afternoon.
Even if you are not a player but have a passion for netball and want to get involved, the netball club is always looking for people to officiate, blog, write match reports and act as committee members.
Training takes place every Monday from 6.00-8.00pm at SportsDock.
Our Docklands campus is home to our £21 million sports facility, SportsDock. It is one of London’s largest indoor sports venues. This world class sports centre is available to students, staff, the local community, and national and international organisations.
As a fully paid member of the netball club every player gains access to our fantastic coaching programme and the membership fee covers all playing kit, players' insurance, match day travel, facility hire and referees' fees.

UEL has supported me as a student and an athlete. The flexible elite athlete study policy allows me, as a sports scholar, to compete and train at the highest level whilst ensuring I have the flexibility to earn a degree."
