I work as an Applied Sport and Exercise Scientist within the labs at Sports Dock. I lead and coordinate consultancy services within the department, which includes a range of applied work testing sports teams, athletes, and clients. I also support with teaching in practical classes, covering subject areas of Physiology and Biomechanics.

OVERVIEW
I gained a BSc in Sports Science in 2013, followed by an MSc in Applied Exercise Physiology in 2014, both from the University of Brighton. I am a BASES Accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist and am also a supervisor and reviewer on the BASES Supervised Experience programme.
I am an Applied Sport & Exercise Scientist and have worked at the University of East London since 2018. I lead and coordinate consultancy services within the department, which includes a range of applied work testing sports teams, athletes, and clients.
I support with teaching practical classes in Physiology and Biomechanics in laboratory-based sessions. This provides students with essential applied experience, which they can build on when working with clients in our Human Performance Clinic.
In 2022 I received the UEL Teaching Fellow award, as recognition for my contributions to learning and teaching within the school.
