Dr Madeleine Mansfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academic leadership and curriculum development. Madeleine’s expertise lies in enhancing student metrics, including retention, success, employability, and diversity.
She holds a PhD in small business decision-making, a Masters of Research, and a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise from Manchester Metropolitan University.

OVERVIEW
Over the past two decades, Madeleine has collaborated with universities and educational organisations in the UK and internationally, ensuring learner success and delivering world-class learning experiences.
In addition to her academic work, Madeleine coaches and develops impactful leadership and change for organisations and individuals. She is also a trainee psychotherapist, beekeeper and choir member.
