OVERVIEW
I am an experienced primary school specialist where I have held a number of senior roles at a strategic level. I have also worked as an educational consultant for the independent sector in school improvement strategies. I am well versed with the requirements of teacher training which I have engaged with throughout my career. In particular, at primary school level and also in the further education sector. Other than being a lecturer, I have also worked as an advanced practitioner where I have mentored and coached new members of staff.
I am currently completing my doctorate where I am looking at primary school aged children's views and perceptions of British values; in particular, how children negotiate their multifaceted identities alongside British values. I received full funding for this research by Culham St Gabriel's (Excellent in Religious Education).
